QuickTime is Apples plattform for film and multimedia.
QuickTime files work very well on MAcs and PCs. The QuickTImeplayer is included in all Macintosh computers but has to be downloaded on PCs. The player can be downloaded for free from QuickTime.
QuickTime files are very suitable for internet and they are relatively small in size.
When making files for websites we normally make three sizes so that the end user can select file size appropriate for their web connection.
